Red Hare supports HSCC with ‘Brews for Rescues’ fundraiser

The HSCC is excited to announce that we’ll be teaming up with Red Hare Brewing Company for a special “Brews for Rescues” fundraiser in support of our mission! The event will take place at Red Hare’s Marietta taproom (1998 Delk Industrial Blvd., Marietta, GA 30067) from 12 pm – 5 pm on Saturday, September 28.

The fundraiser will support our new building and campus improvement project and will aid our mission to provide improved health and welfare for all animals under our care.

“The HSCC has embarked on an exciting new venture,” said Sarah Cant, HSCC Executive Director. “We are so lucky to have amazing supporters who provide assistance in many ways and bring so much love to animals in need.”

“Brews for Rescues” will feature food by Great and Plenty, as well as Red Hare drink specials! Guests are encouraged to bring their own canine companions to the event. HSCC staff and volunteers will be in attendance and will be happy to talk with guests who wish to learn more about us, as well as those who might just need some pet care tips.

“Community involvement and remaining a local pillar in our Marietta hometown is so important to us,” said Veronica Boza, Red Hare’s Marketing and Events manager. “We want to continually give back in any way we can, and we’re ecstatic at this opportunity to do so.”

We’re thrilled to partner with Red Hare for this special event. Save the date and join us! $15 per person will get you three beers and a special commemorative pint glass to take home. Proceeds will support our campus and our mission.
