HSCC paver to be installed on The Strand’s ‘Walk of Fame’

The Strand Theatre is a beloved landmark on the Marietta Square, and the restoration of this historic building has been a great benefit to the community. To recognize and commemorate supporters of The Strand, the sidewalk outside the theatre has been transformed into a Walk of Fame, with permanent engraved brick and paver installations.

HSCC Board Chair and President Stephen Imler has generously sponsored with his own personal funds a 24”x24” paver on behalf of the HSCC to be installed on the Walk of Fame! Slated for one of only seven special spots among the engraved sidewalk bricks, this large granite paver will serve as a permanent tribute for two worthy causes in the heart of Marietta.

The engraved paver has just arrived, and installation will occur soon. The paver looks fantastic, and we are so excited to see it installed on the Walk of Fame. Many thanks to Stephen for this generous gift!
