Update on adopted cat Anita, fka Amber!

When this petite girl first came to us, she was traumatized. She had good reason not to trust people, but over time, after lots of TLC, she slowly became more open to human companionship. When her new mom read about her, and then came to meet her, there was a special connection between them that was immediate and a joy to behold. On Adoption Day, we knew this sweet kitty would soon be living her best life!

Anita’s new mom recently sent us some photos, along with an update about how she’s been doing:

We both have been having a blast! She is so spoiled and she knows it, she even climbs in my lap a lot. I love her so much and everyone says it’s very obvious she loves me and is just a mini version of me. I attached some of the more recent photos I took of her, because I am constantly taking photos even though she is very camera shy.
