My name is Olivia, affectionately dubbed Livvy by HSCC staff. As you can see in my photos, my perpetual expression is “adorably grumpy,” but I’m no grouch! I savor human companionship and enjoy head-butting and being petted. My cuteness factor is something to behold — I “chirp” rather than meow, I like to sleep in bed under the covers, and I have dainty feet and twisty whiskers.

I like to spend my days snoozing and occasionally socializing with other HSCC cats, but after 5 pm I come alive! I’m most active in the evening hours but won’t keep you awake all night like a kitten. I’m a mellow gal who enjoys the simple things — sunny windows for basking, comfy beds for napping, and friendly humans for loving.

I came to the HSCC because my previous owners couldn’t care for me. I hadn’t received much health care over my life, so I did require some medical attention upon arrival. The HSCC got me the surgery I needed to treat bladder stones, and I’m now on c/d prescription food to maintain my urinary health.

I seek a low-key household where I can settle into a calm, serene routine. I like to do my own thing (mostly relaxing!) without a lot of scrutiny or interference, so I’d probably get along with anyone — an easygoing cat, a gentle dog, older children — who lets “me be me” in peace.

If you think I would be a good fit for your home, please call 770-428-LOST (5678) to set up an appointment to come meet me! I have been spayed and microchipped and am up to date on all my vaccinations.
