My name is Hilde (short for Hildegard von Bingen), and I’m part of the “composers” litter, along with my siblings Schubert and Mozart. Mozart has already been adopted, and I was almost adopted too, but it turned out not to be the right fit. So here I am, ready to find my forever home!

I’m a sweet and spicy girl who loves people, playtime, and being the center of attention. I thoroughly enjoy being held and cuddled, and I’ll purr all day long if you’re paying attention to me! I’m full of kitten energy, but I can also be quite focused and will tilt my head when I’m listening to or studying something intently.

I have a buddy here at the HSCC’s no-kill shelter named Atticus (you can see him in the background of one of my photos). We’re roommates, and while we’re not strictly a bonded pair, we enjoy each other’s company and would be thrilled to be adopted together. Atticus is a male Siamese/tabby mix, and we balance each other out — he’s somewhat shy, while I’m full of beans!

I’m a real beauty, with medium-length grey fur, a floofy tail, and tufts of fur on my ears and between my toes. But there’s so much more to me than that! I’m a lover and a charmer, and I seek a home where I’ll be cherished forever. I’d be best suited to a household with a likeminded furry playmate and grooming buddy (again, Atticus is a great companion for me!). I should do well with children, a friendly cat, and/or an easygoing dog.

If you think I would be a good fit for your home, please call 770-428-LOST (5678) to set up an appointment to come meet me! I have been spayed and microchipped and am up to date on all my vaccinations.
