My name is Harper, and I’m sweet and petite! When I first came to the HSCC, I was a young mother of six kittens. I was a loving, attentive mom to my babies, and now they’re finishing up with their last vaccinations. They’ll be ready for adoption soon, and I’m ready to enjoy some me time!
I’m a happy girl who loves life and wants to be where the humans are. I’ll stretch up onto my hind legs to ask for attention, and my head is always ready to meet a friendly hand for a pet or a scratch. I also enjoy snuggling in warm laps. I take delight in the simplest of things, and I’m not afraid to show it — you’ll often see me stretching and joyfully rolling around, or enthusiastically burrowing into a pile of plush toys. I still have the curiosity of a kitten, and there’s a sense of wide-eyed wonder about me.
In addition to my charming personality, I’m also quite beautiful. My markings are an unusual combination of tabby and calico, and my fur has a unique ruffled appearance. When I’m startled or unsure, the strip of fur down my back “mohawks”!
I get along well with other cats, and I’d possibly enjoy the company of a mellow dog. I should also do well with children.
If you think I would be a good fit for your home, please make a reservation to come meet me at the Java Cats Café Meowietta cat lounge! I have been spayed and microchipped and am up to date on all my vaccinations.
