After losing their second Great Pyrenees to quality-of-life issues due to hip dysplasia, Mya’s new mom and dad decided it was time to give back to a senior pet they could pamper and bring as much joy to as their dogs did for them. They saw Mya’s bio on our website and fell for her. They knew they could offer this special girl a loving home to live out her golden years in comfort and happiness. Mya seemed quite taken with her new folks when they came to meet her, and she cheerfully settled herself into the carrier on Adoption Day for the journey home.
Mya was a long-term resident at the HSCC, and our staff and volunteers are thrilled that she’s finally found her forever home and family. Happy tails, Mya!
