Adopted: Ava

Sweet Ava is a gentle soul who loves people but felt intimidated by the other cats here at the HSCC. She was a staff favorite, and because we knew she was struggling with being in a shelter environment, we were particularly over the moon when this special girl found her forever home!

Ava’s new mom is a teacher and her aunt is a flight attendant. They wanted to share their home with only one pet, and since Ava prefers being the only kitty in the spotlight, she seemed a perfect fit. When they met her for the first time, Ava showed them exactly how affectionate and adorable she can be. They had already fallen for her after seeing her online bio and photos, but Ava worked her magic and sealed the deal.

We know beautiful Ava is in the perfect home for her, and we’re so happy for her and her new family!
