Adopted: Riley, Gordo, and Pepperoncini

Riley, Gordo, and Pepperoncini aren’t littermates, but they’re all kittens of roughly the same age. The new moms to this lively trio are sisters whose senior cats had passed away after long illnesses. They were ready for new feline companionship, and both wanted kittens so that they’d have many years together with them.

The sisters visited our no-kill shelter multiple times over a period of months to bond with some kitties. Gordo was a favorite from their first visit, and they also fell in love with Riley and Pepperoncini. The plan for the kittens’ first day home was to focus on playtime until all three were sleepy — with kitten energy x3, this might have taken a while!
